Families with students in NYC schools have started to receive the $420 Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) food benefit, and for some families the benefit will arrive in July or August. P-EBT is the program for families to buy food to make up for missed school meals while students were learning from home in March-June.
