Complete the NYC DOE Parent survey! Families can complete surveys on their New York City Schools Account.

Surveys are also available online by typing in NYC School Survey in your web browser. To complete survey online you will need your child’s OSIS # when entering you will input a lowercase “f” and the OSIS number. link attached below
